From 15–21 December 2025, our team successfully hosted a week-long roadshow at Plaza Masalam, featuring Pavonia and Lyra 2.
Throughout the seven-day event, we welcomed a steady flow of visitors who showed genuine interest in both developments. The crowd turnout was encouraging, especially over the weekend, with many families, young professionals, and first-time homebuyers stopping by to explore what Pavonia and Lyra 2 have to offer.
Visitors were particularly drawn to the modern layouts, practical design concepts, and lifestyle-focused features of both projects. Our sales team had the opportunity to engage directly with potential buyers, answer questions, and provide detailed insights into the developments, financing options, and ongoing promotions.
